Frequently Asked Questions
How can I choose which type of visa is suitable for me?
Depends on the stay period and the purpose of the visit. If you are planning to come to Indonesia for a meeting or training, you should apply for a business visa, especially if you have a plan to stay in Indonesia for more than 2 months.
What makes it different with Visa on Arrival?
It is different, as visa on arrival only allows you to stay in Indonesia for 30 days. Unless you have someone that can guarantee your stay in here and reason to extend your stay is valid, then you may extend it for another 30 days.
Do I need to be in Indonesia when I apply for the visa?
No need, we will assist you to apply for your visa while you are outside of Indonesia.
How can I apply for investor KITAS?
You need to have a company or PT PMA in Indonesia first and meet the requirements to obtain an investor KITAS.
Can I be in Indonesia during KITAS application?
You may need to exit Indonesia once the e-visa for KITAS application is issued and enter Indonesia with the new visa, but during the KITAS application, you are allowed to stay in Indonesia as long as you are on visa on arrival.
What kind of visa that allows me to work in Indonesia?
You should be careful while choosing what kind of KITAS in case you have a plan to work in Indonesia. You may need to comply with the job title that you choose to apply for the work KITAS as it needs to be aligned with the company’s business type as a sponsor of your KITAS.
